Generic Club Rules
-POLICY ABOUT TRACED/EDITED/STOLEN ARTWORK! Due to recent events, as well as learning from past incidents, we have decided to exercise a NO tolerance policy for art theft of ANY kind! We have been lenient before, but no longer will we allow people to bend this rule in hopes that they will change. You steal art, you're gone.
- Please do NOT make new OCs JUST for the purpose of 'pairing them up' with someone else's OC. It makes your OC cheap and seem like they have no other purpose, plus it pushes aside some of your other OCs. This is in keeping with the whole 'Make only as many OCs as you can MANAGE' rule! It is not fair to people when they submit an OC, and the first thing you say is 'DIBS'.
- Please no OCs paired/romantically involved with any canon characters. I know this hasn't been an issue before, but you know what they say, preemptive strikes.
- We do not accept traced, edited, or artwork using doll bases/edits WHATSOEVER.
- We do not allow MS paint artwork anymore, UNLESS you show a CLEAR ammount of effort (i/e: detail, shading, clear indication it's not traced whatsoever).
- We DO allow traditional artowork (pens, paper, pencils, etc) in leu of this, and if you still wish to use a digital art program but only have MS paint, you can download a FREE art program called Gimp here:
- We do not accept halfas unless a case is made for them, and non-human characters MUST be cleared with an admin FIRST. Do not submit any non-human OCs unless an admin tells you they're okay.
- No self-inserts PLEASE. We encourage creativity with people's characters, and 'opposites' of your personality don't quite count either. Browsing peoples' OCs may give ideas however, if you need them.
- The dress code must MUST be followed at ALL times! There is to be no deviation from the basic color code of the school uniform WHATSOEVER. The colors being dark red, gold, grey, black and white. Undershirts can be black, and girls are allowed to wear leggings in these color ranges too. Girls are also allowed to wear the uniform pants, and students are permitted to wear hats as long as they are also of school colors.
- No mini skirts. Students are to wear skirts, below, at, an inch above the knees. Nothing thigh-length.
- Shoes are to either be either black or neutral. Socks are also either black, white or neutral.
-Bright streaks in hair and hair dying is not allowed; unless the colour is natural.
- You may have as many students and 'resident ghost' characters as you can manage. But be warned you MUST be able to manage them all in the club.
- You may only apply for TWO staff positions at a time. You can not apply for any more unless a character in any of those positions asks for a transfer, is fired, quits or dies.
- The school's CURRENT setting is the same as that in Danny Phantom canon, in other words should Misery High's students cross the paths of those in Casper High/Amity, Danny will still be 14/15, etc.
- BE WARNED! If a certain ghost within Misery High is said to be dangerous and/or deadly, your OC does run the risk of being killed, horribly maimed or injured! We do not expect you to kill off your OC, but if you draw/write them coming across such a spook, keep that in mind. In a worst case scenario, they will not survive. At best heed the warnings so they can avoid danger and survive another year.
- If one of your OCs dies, they can not come back. You are allowed however to make new OCs to take their place.
A general warning: These rules as of now will be enforced. Non-adherence will result in a warning, multiple warnings will result in your OC that is violating these rules-or you, in their expulsion OR you being banned.
